Refund policy

Nature of Services

We provide all services are made to order and delivered digitally. Due to the custom nature of our services, refund conditions differ from those applicable to physical goods and are governed by this Refund Policy.

Refund eligibility

You may request a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The delivered work does not match the agreed scope, specifications, or technical requirements approved before production
  • You have requested revisions and provided clear, actionable feedback
  • Revisions did not resolve the issue
  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of final delivery

Refund requests are reviewed fairly based on the circumstances of each project.

Early-Stage Cancellation

If a client cancels the project before any work has started, a full refund may be issued.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The service was delivered according to the approved brief
  • Dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences (style, taste, creative direction)
  • Project requirements were changed after work had started
  • The project was paused, delayed, or canceled by the client
  • The client fails to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals

All completed work remains billable.

Partial refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if:

  • Only part of the agreed scope was completed
  • The project was canceled mid-production

The amount is determined based on work already performed.

Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Refund processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund
